Visit to Santa
Sunday evening (less than 24 hours after being discharged from the hospital), Cooper was able to tell Santa (again) what he wanted for Christmas. This time, he even took a letter reminding him that he wanted "Spongebob's house and Spongebob's car" (Lego set).....and he also took a picture of it printed from the internet just to be sure he knew what he was talking about!
Santa - no room for excuses now!!

Waiting in line for an hour and making sure the "big guy" knew what to bring for Christmas sure can wear a little guy out!! Ahhhh....this massage chair feels so good!

Gingerbread House
Newspaper Picture & Article
I have some catching up to do on the blog (Christmas party, hospitalization, gingerbread house, etc), but this is the picture (front page!) and article that was in Sunday's Daily Journal newspaper about Santa Claus visiting Cooper in the hospital. He was so proud (and so are we)!!

Cooper's Kindergarten Christmas Party
Cooper's kindergarten class had their Christmas party on Tuesday, December 15th. They had pizza and cupcakes, and decorated individual Christmas trees. Then they had a book swap....which was fun to watch them trying to quickly pass the wrapped books around the circle! Not the best coordination yet...ha!

Then Mrs. Amy read a book to the class titled "Mooseltoe"....and Cooper's shirt happened to match the cover of the book. Mrs. Amy & Mrs. Jennifer gave each child their own copy of the book.

"A Christmas Carol" Movie
Tupelo's Christmas Parade
Tupelo's Christmas Parade was this morning at 10 am.....it was 33 degrees!! Cooper was planning to be on the LeBonheur TWIGS float along with his buddy Bernard, but it was too cold for him with his cough and chest congestion. So we bundled him up tightly and let him watch part of it (up until Bernard came through). It was fun....but C-O-L-D!!!

This team of Clydesdale horses was beautiful! These are some BIG horses!

Cooper and his buddy Bernard. They have matching scarves on!
